About Us
We are a friendly bunch. Most of us have been here since 2014. The core of this clan isn't going anywhere. Yes we are an adult clan (ages ranging from 25 - 40ish) but there are a few teens who have proven to be quite mature. We are all very easy going and joke around a lot. I can't imagine a clan that wouldn't to be honest. Taking this game too seriously isn't our idea of a good entertainment.
Inglis generally hovers around 43 members. While we do have some alt's in the group, we are trying to bump them out with fresh blood. During war it's rare that we have attacks left after the war has completed. All of our participating members, not only use up their attacks but hit hard and fast. To be honest we collect over 50% of the stars before the first 2 hours are up. We are quite comfortable with a 25 or 30 person war and with the odd opt out, adding a few new people will give the clan a little more breathing room.
We have been using ClanWarTracker since July 2015. We stopped using that service at the beginning of December 2015 because the site owner was showing no signs of improving and correcting the problematic programming of the website which was directly responsible for consistent errors day in day out.
Since then we have switched to Clash.Tools. It is not as comprehensive as CWT but it works well, organizes our wars and offers additional information including war weights.
We enforce a tier system for calling (It's not complicated. We can explain once you sign up). We allow our members 6 hours after the war start on their first call and 2 hours on the second call. You may make your second attack on any base you feel you can 3 star if these conditions are met (6hr timer has expired and/or you are cleaning up a failed attack). Group Me
During war and between wars our members ask questions and bounce ideas off one another. GroupME provides a nice platform for sharing videos, pictures and private messaging. We work with our members as much as we possibly can to improve their game. Sometimes a public conversation isn't appropriate. Patience is something that we exercise. Everyone has a bad war or maybe misses an attack for no apparent reason at the time. Kicking before knowing what the real reason is, is hasty and unnecessary. All our members get the benefit of the doubt.
War
Frequency - We start the search on every war at around 12pm PST. With the new adjustment to the war clock, we have decided to try this start time. Currently we have a lot of foreign members. If this time becomes a bit of an issue for the clan, we will change it to a more suitable time. For now, prepare to start war at that time.
What we expect? - A well thought out 3-star strategy on the base you are attempting to attack. Inglis does not require approval from a co/leader but your attack must reflect the necessary basic skills (i.e. cc luring) and planning of a potential 3-star attack. Of course everyone messes up. Attacks fail. Anything can happen and always does. We do not fault you for that one bit. All we ask is that you go in to every attack with the utmost confidence backed by your own experience and the knowledge of our veteran players.
How to join?
There is almost no lag time whatsoever between wars. To prevent the occasional spy we require the validation of a password before we accept any new members. To obtain the password please visit our website and fill out the form or PM here and answer the following questions:
