You're probably a rushed TH9+ with low level of walls and heroes hating on someone doing the right thing. Just my guess

TH9s get 50 new walls, that's 250 and the OP clearly did 250 of his to level 9. The 25 new walls are for TH10 only.

Also, don't reply to threads that are 3 months old unless you can add new information

You are lecturing someone but you are the one in the wrong here, Th9 doesn't get 50 new walls but 25, he was not referring to the 25 new walls that latest update added to th10, but 25 new walls going from th8 to th9, because a few th8.5 skip the new walls aswell since walls were increased in weight. However, the guy is still wrong since he only had to check the screenshot from OP, which answers his question.

I agree legos in 5 weeks are not impressive at all, but wow lavas in 5 weeks, now that's something, even if you boosted barracks.. but have you done it without heroes? I've never had the occasion to use my royals at th9 yet since both are constantly upgrading..

When I was farming lavas I was a brand new th10 so I decided to only dedicate 1 builder for heroes so that I could get my offense done quicker (lab,cc,camps,spell factory) so I did have 1 hero for most of the grind.
