I actually agree with MirkwoodArcher. Although this can be fixed with good communication and activity, having a international clan really presents a problem. The people who were donated the ineffective troops may be in a totally different timezone then everyone else, thus sometimes not being able to get on at the right time before battle day starts.

I think the idea of holding down on the donated troops to see the donator, or leaders having power to remove CC troops are both very viable.
