The problem we're having is we have a new membr that doesn't appear to speak or write english much and he's not asking for troops. I'd like to see a drop down menu in the clan message center that would allow you to send a message directly to an individual. Maybe with some canned statements like "do you need troops" or "do you want to participate in a clan war" the person would have to set an option so your message would be converted to their language but this might help welcome in a member that's feeling a little isolated.
