I would love to see the idea of a clan bulletin board added to the game.
A separate tab for text on the clan screen, that you would be able to edit and can only be viewed by clan members only.
*It would have to be different from the clan description since that can be viewed by the public.

Ex. You could use it to assign war targets by leaders adding or creating a list of what targets to attack.
This would decrease the use of external apps (having to leave the game to see targets listed) used for war and would increase the amount of time in game, thus, increased benefits for both the clans and Supercell.
It could also list the clans war rules as most war clans do not want their war strategies publicly listed.
You would now be able to find them in game instead of having to download an external app or log on to a website.
It could basically be for anything you want.
( and the benefit is it is viewable by clan members only )
