    jumpers at war

I would like to see an option to allow the people in the war to finsh a jumpers abandon war efforts. We have three bases that won't be attacking right now and it hurting us. The clan leader or whom ever fills the abandon base as normal but control over the base is re-asign by the clan leader to another clan member, preferably a clan member not already in the fight and that person gets the loot.

Since your clan's war strength was calculated using the strength of the person who left it would be next to impossible to find another player in your clan with an identical strength. As a result I doubt SC would allow anybody to fight in their place. It is a bummer when they leave but there are a number of things you can do to minimize the chance of it happening. Here is how most of us prevent this problem already.

The truly nefarious hoppers are usually very easy to spot and deal with. Players who are genuinely searching for a clan are simply part of the game, just like people searching for the right job are a part of real life. What you have hear is a clan management problem. One all of us have experienced and learned from. It has been discussed on the forum many times. Here's how most of us have solved this.

    1) Set the clan to invite only.
    2) Don't give elder to anybody who can't conduct themselves as an adult
    3) Don't give Co-leader to anybody you don't trust
    4) Make sure both elders and Co's understand that it is ok to accept new members
    5) Make sure they understand they are expected to BOOT new members if
5a) They introduce themselves by asking for troops
    5b) Introduce themselves with profanity
5c) Introduce themselves with some form of "rate my base!!!!"
    5d) Don't respond when welcomed
5e) Ask for elder/Co in the first conversation
5f) Start filling castles with ♥♥♥♥
    6) Clan rule that new members don't participate in the first war (Opted out by leader/co)
    7) Only recruit 1-2 new players between each war, none during

Others may chime in with additional ideas but those are the basic ones. Follow those and hoppers will end 99% instantly. Not to mention you will crack a smile when you apply your boots to their crack.

Strength wouldn't be a issue. The substitute memder wouldn't bring their base and troop lvl into the war. In my Idea the sub would be allowed to run what the jumper left behind. No adding anything from the subs base. but thank you for the advise. Some of what you've said we already do.

I'll admit it is a different twist on the usual bad suggestion. I guess at that point you would simply need an interface to spend your elixir on the troops the deserter could have made. Not sure if I like it or not but it would solve the match making issue.

I'll let Supercell come up with the tech. pionts to make it fair but the sub souldn't have any more loot or troop strenght than the jumper had and they (the sub) should get any loot/war credit won by the jumper as well as the loot they get running the base.

The attacker would possess more or less knowledge than the original. I know that I can do better than our lower level people could with their troops because I am better at the game. If you do as the person said above, it lessens the chance of hoppers. You said you have 3 that left in the same war? This means someone lets in too many people. We have had 0 since I joined the my clan 7 months ago.

    Problem solved

can they at least stop them from being a spectator for someone elses war?

that way they know they are in a war and can come back and fight, and it stops spying double win

and if anyone wonders i do not care about how they feel about that they left during a war, why should they get to watch another clans war while they are in one, they can spectate the war they are in instead to see how much loot they are losing
    CLAN TAG #2QLP20VQ

I have three copies of pokemon, one for my Charmander, one for my Squirtle, and one for my second Charmander.

Maybe have Supercell pick the clan member that has as close a Th # as possible to the jumper that left but I don't think this would be nearly as unfair as losing a clan member in the middle of a war. As far as letting in too many members goes I don't think there is a limit is there? we want to increase the size of our clan and this is the only way of doing it that I know of.
