I think supercell should be encouraging people to do bigger raids with full spells and troops, especially at th10.
Without boosting, the time it takes to cook spells greatly exceeds the time it takes to cook most major and popular army comps.
Other than decreasing spell cook times, one solution, would be to allow the ability to start cooking one extra spell, that would sit in your factory similarly to the way troops in your barracks are paused until used.
I know this is not a new idea, and queuing multiple spells could be exploited because you could hide to much unraidable elixir, but one spell hardly makes a difference. Considering they are still way less than the cost of a pekka.
