The top one has less fatal flaws in it's design, although those double giant bombs are only going to trigger one at a time.
The bottom one just has too many flaws. The outer layer giant bombs are far too easy to trigger. GoVaLo would absolutely destroy that base since all the Air D are in one giant center compartment. HoLo would probably be able to stop your giant bombs from ever being triggered while hogs destroy that center compartment. On a first defense, it might do okay. But on a second defense, a skilled attacker is going to 3-star it.
