What too spend DE on?

Should I spend my DE on lvl 2 minions or a lvl 2 barb king? Im not sure if a lvl 2 bk will be helpful at th7 or if it is worth doing while i have the loot bonus of th 7

If you use minions upgrade them, if not, get a bigger burger. You should upgrade it to lvl5 before th8 just because of the easiness to get DE at th7 in 2k trophy ranges.

Lvl 2 barb king is very helpfull just really depends on your usage of each said troop

Think I might go for the barb king as i do use it more than minions and will also come in handy for defence too

Coming from someone who only uses minions for fun I would say upgrade BK. I got mine all the way to level 4 before getting th8

Don't expect BK to be a life-saver in defense. He's really easy to destroy with a couple minions and barbarians, and even if he's in the middle of your base, he can be lured because he tends to wonder around. I upgrade my BK simply to make it better at offense.

Yea i will mainly be upgrading him for offence but the BK can be a good defence against giants if he hasn't been took note of by the attacker
