Just go on gamecenter and Change your password.

You should have reset your device before you sold it. As long as they don't have your google account, they wont be able to log in and out of your coc account. Your best bet is that they accidentally lose or break your old phone. Perhaps accidentally delete the app. I guess in the mean time, you're sharing your coc account with the person you sold your phone to.
