hey guys I have all my defenses at very high levels, except for my air defenses, I am not including those right now. My teslas are all level 4, and I am getting my archer towers to at least all level 9. Here is a pic, think i could go ahead and upgrade it when I get 3M?

I went up to townhall 9 when I was level 78. YOu have to max out Archer towers, air defenses (at least level 5, I think you're also missing one), hidden tesla (at 1 tesla on level 5) gold mines and elixir pumps, and also your troops. So in other words, you still have quite a long way to go. After those upgrades, you'll be around level 76-80, and you'll be ready for town hall 9. But of course you can upgrade your town hall a little bit ahead of time because you will still have 10 days to enjoy the loot bonus.

Have patience! Keep working on your air defense and walls. Are your spells and troops all maxed out? The longer you wait the better off you will be. TH9 will still be there when you finish your upgrades

it looks like you can't even make pekkas yet, and i suspect you have lots left over to research in your lab.
again, rush to TH9 if it's fun for you. but just realize that other than 2 x-bows, you'll likely be building the same things as you are now, just with a greater loot penalty (so those easy TH7s generally wont be viable targets anymore).
Wrong, every upgrade I have available with my level 9 barracks are all maxed out. I will continue maxing out.

i guess that's a roundabout way for saying you don't have pekkas upgraded at all. upgrading to level 3 pekkas is a combined 22 days of upgrades that you'll want to get. in fact, you'll need to upgrade your elixir storages to max to even afford it (which will probably require changing your base design and upgrading more walls).
i'm surprised to hear that you've maxed out your other elixir upgrades, given how many upgrades you have left: teslas, air defenses, archer towers. i'm guessing you were a premature TH8 too?
