Thats a hog base IMO. lvl 4 hogs would demolish that base. But if you are going all dragons i would spread dragons cc side and bring 2 rage and 1 heal. Try to funnel the dragons towards the TH then rage when get closer to the air d.
Zap that 10 o'clock ad, like other said, atk from the castle side, 9 dragons and 4 loons 5 max loons in cc
Hogs if you have, if not ye dragons should work make sure the funnel is correct
