We at No Life Crew believe Team Work is the foundation of success. We only keep social, active, adults who are team oriented and respect the team process. Our clans are extremely organized social war clans. We are looking for ACTIVE adults, with non rushed base's and good war skills. Our chat is very active, if you don't like to chat this may not be the clan for you.
We love to war and are looking for 2 types of players....people who are good attackers and people who are good learners. We are excited if you know some 3 star attack strategies (holo, goho, hogs, gowipe, gowiwi, holowiwi, lavaloonion etc.), if not, you need only the desire and ability to learn. We are all still learning and helping each other to improve while we have fun playing the game. We see ourselves as one big family and occasionally move between clans to visit and give help where it's needed. We have a strong and solid core of people who have been playing together for a very long time. Don't let that discourage you though. We love new members and enjoy integrating them into our family. We communicate between clans with a chat app called Kakao Talk and we also use it within the clans. Our family first culture is what keeps our people happy and loyal. If you play this game for fun and believe winning is fun, than we just might be exactly what your looking for.
Base requirements:
Th7 bases - must be non rushed and have dragons.
Th8 bases - Must have dragons level 3 and be familiar with dragon attacks. Th8 maxed gowipe and maxed hogs are definitely a plus.
Th9 bases - we're looking for a minimum of maxed th8 defenses and troops. Preferably at least 1/2 of walls to level 8 (skull) and level 5 BK minimum. We prefer that new th9 do not build xbows until they have leveled up camps, spells, cc, and acquired the AQ. We treat each base on a case by case basis if you are close to meeting the requirements.
Th10 bases - We're not actively seeking th10 bases. But if your base is good, your a heavy donator, and can hold your weight in war (that means 2 star your equal) then we will be happy to consider you.
Donations:
We have a fairly strict donation protocol in our clans that helps keep everyone happy, as well as promote teamwork, while giving everyone a chance participate. Please be sure to follow this protocol!
Request as much as you like because it helps for defense or in raids which in turn builds your base. We have no real issues with donation ratio unless its becomes something ridiculous. If you are active, a ratio wouldn’t be a problem anyway.
We ALWAYS use the best/max available level troops for war attacks and to donate in War Clan Castle. Since war troops are expensive, always include a less expensive option for regular farm raids or regular defense and DO NOT specify troop level for non war request.
War:
Since most of our clans are predominantly war clans, we spare no expense for the best possible war troops and we work together in an environment with the idea of putting TEAMWORK FIRST before individual hero raids for stars. Yes, getting stars counts but while you may think that you are getting 3 stars on a low base you may be robbing lower players from getting stars entirely. And while you may think you can 2 star that high base, it becomes a waste raid if someone higher has to “clean up” or get that missing star because our goal is to get 3 stars on EVERY base. The point is that its not always just that simple or clear cut so for this reason, we must consult and coordinate with a Co, elder or the rest of the team before your attack.
Promotions:
Elder and Co-leader are very important positions in our clan; they are earned. It’s like Fight Club, first rule of NLC is: Don’t ask for elder. However, have faith, we are always watching and reviewing all members for promotion and/or unfortunately demotion…what are we looking for?Team Contributors... Team members contribute in three main ways. This advances their opportunity to be Elder and CO and also a praised member. It is recommended that you are proficient in at least two of these traits to stay off the “radar”.
Being active on the chat feed by accepting appropriate new recruits, doing interviews and just a general briefing of clan protocols. If you are very active on the chat, be tasteful, respectful and diplomatic.Donating to requests on chat and war CC.Being a great War attacker, 3 staring bases, and following the war plan.
Our best members do all three.
