[HELP] Trophy Push Mechanic/rules?

Hei guys,

maybe someone had asked this question before, but i need help in organizing TP push in my clan.
what is the mechanic or rules? Any minimum trophy need to be maintained or we just go as high as possible? What to do if some member refuse to join in this TP push?

im asking this because :
1. My clan have a variety of TH level, starting from TH6 - TH10
2. There are some member that are not willing to do TP push. What do you do with them?

Set a min for each TH. example min for TH7 1500, min for Th8 1700, TH9 1800.

However to get on the leaderboards you will need a lot of members to be crystal. (About half) and some above that.

Send mail, and make announcements.I have also just started a clan, and have not quite built up enough members to do a TP, but I have a pretty good idea of how to do one. I know it is hard to kick people, but if they are not willing to do a trophy push, then here is how to deal with them. They are most likely farming. If so, then that is there choice. I don't know how strict you are about farming, but, again, its your choice. If your clan is not full, then there is no point in kicking anyone, but if there is a farmer, who during a trophy push isn't pushing, and is taking up space, than it would be best to kick that person. There is not much advice I can give you, because it is all in how you do it, but that leadenly stuff like sending mail, and changing the description tends to work.

We had about 40 members crystal three and two. We got 296th place. So all of your members need to be crystal or above to break top 200.


OP, use dualsaber's idea for th level trophies. For the members who don't want to participate, move them to a feeder clan or if you don't have one, tell them to be ready next month.

Basically there are a number of things you should consider...

1) If this is your First Push and you intend to do future pushes.. REMOVE ALL OF THE ONES NOT WILLING TO PUSH and make sure you are clear to any newcomers that you intend to hunt for Trophies every so often.

2) Set an absolute Minimum Trophy Count Expectation for the push... Say 1400.. Get rid of anyone that fails to hit that target...

3) Dont freak out if you are down to only 20 members.. As you increase your Overall count you will have new players Join.. Better players in all likelehood...

4) Finally, Set your Minimum Trophy Requirement High... Say 1600..This means you know anyone joining.. in future can hit 1600.therefore they have no excuses.. and after the push that value becomes the new Target (see point 2)

Ensure that you dont carry anyone as this simply drags morale down...

If you have a few Higher level players then ask them to sit back for the first few days to donate bigger stronger troops... such as Dragon or Wizards...

But most of all .... Try and enjoy it... Otherwise you will never do another one..

Everyone doesn't need to be in crystal if you have some higher players. We had about 2/3 in crystal and higher an about 1/3 in gold 1 and 2. But a couple guys were in the league with the black emblem. We got to top 180.

This is a good idea since i have quite a variety of TH level, can u give me more detailed breakdown for min TP starting from TH6? Thanks dude.

Will consider your idea of punishment n see how my clan react.. I have full 50 members as of now, and all of them is a big doner.

I would take into consideration what the clan members want. If you rule the clan as a dictator and the members are your subjects, go for it and make strict rules and kick out the ones who don't obey. The clan I'm in, we are more friendly lot and nobody gets kicked out for trophies, even if there is a kind of push going on. People prefer more personal pushes to try out their abilities rather than clan wide forced pushes.

But, what ever rocks your boat. I'm sure there are plenty of highly competitive players around who would love to join a clan in top200... But that is not for everyone.

agree with your opinion... I dont plan on being dictator yet lol just try to get everyone participate in the fun hahaha
