Th8 lab question

I am a maxed th8 walls def (except sweeper) and 2 collecters and my plan was to start th9 upgrade once I get hogs from 1-4 then during upgrade have golems going to 2 but I have the valkries gobs to 5 mins to 4 and healer to 3 and if I max those out it will take longer and I don't use them much so should I just get hogs to 4 and golems or max remaining troops?
