Maybe instead of always using gems to rush a upgrade, you can use two builders on one project to speed up the process. This will take two builders per project but the more builders you buy the less it would matter.
Read stickies..... edit: your a goose if you think upgrading builders isnt the same as using 2 builders on one project :-) lol
