Make an anti-dragon base and max your air sweeper, teslas and air defense. In a recent war, one of my clan's TH7s was 1-starred by mass level 2 drags and a TH8 was 0-starred.

Remove ability to attack troops?!? Then whats the poin of the the Dragon?? Might as well just not have one! And the first guy to comment was right, upgrade your air defence, teslas and air sweeper, and that problem is solved!
What I find is that many people set up their air defenses well enough that i can only maybe 2 star what a mass lvl 3 drag attack. The mass drags in my opinion are not a very good strategy
All-dragon armies also have a high cost in both time and elixir.
If you don't like being 3-starred by all-dragon armies, modify your base. You even have an extra defense (air-sweeper) to help you.
If your mad about it go to TH 9
At th8, with max ad, the new air sweeper, and an anti dragon base, I rarely get 3 starred, lots of 2 stars tho...I find that i can 3 star any th8, with either level 3 dragons or level 4 hogs.
