    Players should join a new clan

    All the players should jon new clan which is lvl 1 and should not be able to join high lvl clans.they could be in high lvl clans only if they are from beggining.every member is trying for high lvl clans and because if that low lvl clans are suffering. No one is joining.even if the leader is high lvl no one joins. Because clan is low lvl
