    User verification

My friend's device has been stolen for about 5 months nd the thief plays with my friend's village but he is not able to transfer it to any account since my friend has linked his village in second device with his gmail account.

The problem there is no way so far to stop the thief , he still able yo access the village/cancel upgrades/ ... Etc in stolen device.

My suggestion why not SC pop a message every month for a verification?! To enter gmail account and credential??!

My friend already contacted sc without any real solution.

Is there any real solution for such a case cuz every one can face the same scenario??!

I think it's a good idea to keep in mind that if you lose your device, basically anything on there is in danger.

he could've put a passcode on there but apparently your friend forgot about that? Also, if you're using iOS, there's an app called "find my device". This can be used to track down your device's location, set a passcode manually from your computer, or delete all existing data from the device.

If you're using android.. Well, I don't know of any app like that.

Im not sure, but my friend told me the passcode was broken by thief.

There is a feature - as far as i know- to wipe all data once the wrong passcode entered for several times ( user can set the number ) . But if the passcode can be broken, then the feature has no value .
