Th 9.5 pros and cons?

What are the pros and cons of rushing th 10 and only getting the offense? Better war performance and matchmaking, but no more bullying th 8s lol.. Get a de drill, get raided by stronger opponents.. seems like its worth doing honestly, what do you all think?

I will probably do it, working on lavas now, almost have 70, queen going to 16 BK at 20. It will be painful only when you just start as loot will be harder to come by as your troops are still TH9 and now TH10's will hit you while you have no new (other than traps) defenses. But if you war non-stop it's a no brainer. Lab, spell factory, new collectors, camps, troops, once 3-4 troop upgrades are done, depending on how well I can hold onto loot I may build new defenses.

only con is that you dont have the infernos protecting you in normal search?

imo 9.5 is the way to go

I believe this is why the 9.5s max out everything before upgrading to the next th.

Wow you are much further along than me lol! I'm really behind on walls (but w the new matchmaking maybe that's not a bad thing) and everything else is mid th 9. I should at least wait until my troops are all th 9 max correct? Otherwise I'm really just shooting myself in the foot if better troops is one of the greatest advantages of 9.5

On the troops you should max everything and have max defensive levels as well, I say your troops should be max because the time it takes to max defenses at Th9 if you keep your lab going you should finish both around the same time. I didn't max hogs, golems or valks at TH8 so I had to do them all at TH9, my lab light went off a week ago when I finished valks.
