To many trophies

I think my trophies r hurting my progress! Because I have a fair base attacker leave me trophies when they r defeats. That means that my attack troops face bases that r sometimes out of my league. Short of degradinf my base to lose more often sees crazy. Suggestions appreciated??

Theres a button on the right side with next on it, use this to keep searching for bases that are not out of your league.

Or drop trophies.
