They don't add it because it would break the game. Imagine, all you'd see is strategies like Mass Drag. It'd completely ruin the game! We'd get inflation (because if you used mass drag and only lost 4 out of 10 dragons every attack, you'd gain way more elixir then lose, thus making it worth a lot less). It'd also ruin the purpose of strategies like barch
