Just an idea: what if we could upgrade gobelins upto a level in which they can steal the gems out of the gemcases hanging around all the bases once and a while...
Another idea... it would be helpful to clanleaders to see the last date of online activity of the clanmembers...
Number 1: Noooooooo
Number 2: Look at the league badge and donations. If there arent any takes/gives, no badge, and a destroyed base, inactive.
