It is a troop that is very independent. When deployed , a wisp breaks open into 3 wisps and these wisps attack. This is a very helpful and overwhelming troop . It has only 3 levels in the lab. Here is the stat of each individual wisp. 3 wisps will be a single wisp deploy able unit. It is very small in size [ as much as a villager only ] It is a red burning wisp that levitates over the ground.it's size is very small and thus they are fast and low HP. They headbutt the target.

Offensive strategies : When used together in a bunch they can cause a high damage to the base. They can also overwhelm CC troops with low hp. Use them to target point damaging defenses first with some wall breakers first. Since individual health is small , point defenses will take some time to kill them all. Good for raiding too. When paired with jump spell and rage spell they can cause serious damage as their size is small and many can fit in the circle.
Defensive strategies : All traps work wonder against them as their hp is less and they prefer to move in packs in close proximity. Prioritize splash damaging defenses and reserve inferno tower for serious troops. As CC troops , they are OK . Valkyries and wizards can them easily but they will help fend off witches. Balancing issues : Since it's DPS and HP is very small , the provision of 3 wisps have been given. It's speed is also OK and it's small size makes it prone to splash damages. Individually a wisp is weak but together , they can do quite some damage !! Why should this be added ? : There is no current troop that is originally split into it's mini troops. Lava Hounds and Golems are some example but are too big and spawn troops on death only. Their addition will add new war style that consists of better splash defense.
