In my clan people sometimes accidentally donate wrong troops and it becomes kind of a pain. So my suggestion would be when you go to request you can select the certain type of troops you want so if you only want Balloons the guy trying to give you archers will not be able to.
Will help keep everything organized and efficient. Also, stop people from donating just to get achievement.
Just dump the troops in the singleplayer maps

I do t really see the need for that, accidents happen and if you trust your clanmates to not be jerks, I don't really see the problem. I've seen a lot of people with this idea to set parameters on what can and can't be donated, bit really it's just not a big deal.
Maybe make it a clan perk at level 3-4?
