My first idea is type of clan donations, not Troops, but ressources. So you can spend every day an amount off elixir, gold an dark elixir. This amount grows with your clanlevel. The request button could be for example at the cc, the townhall or the storages.
My second idea is the acceleration off upgrades by adding two or more builders to the building. For example with every builder you add, the time will shortened by 10%. So if 5 builder are working on one bulding it takes only 50% of the original time. You also can remove builders from buildings.
