Hey guys,
I was making some dragons for war CCs, but by the time they were finished cooking, I saw that all the CCs were full. I had three left over, and I had to pester my clan mates to ask for a dragon all day. Nobody wanted a dragon. Then it hit me. What if there was a massive clan castle, where instead of dumping troops and wasting that 100,000+ elixir it cost to make those drags, why not put it in a place where people can take it when they want?
There would be a tab in the Clan Castle called "Collective Troops" or something, and when you pressed it, it took you to a screen that had all the troops put in by clan mates. When someone takes the troop out of the big CC and into their own, the person who put it in the big CC gets the donations. You can't take the troops you put in.
This feature would mean less wasting expensive troops by dumping, and if someone was up in the middle of the night, they wouldn't have to wait until morning to get a max golem if there was one stockpiled before.
Hoppers have been brought to my attention. As Callywally (below) suggested, there could be a day or two wait period before you could take troops from the castle. This wouldn't stop the problem entirely, but it would really discourage them. Also, to prevent trolls dropping goblins in there, there could be a time limit until the troops disappear. Although this could waste troops and elixir, if you're clanmates don't want good troops like max golems and drags, then that's their loss. I'm thinking the wait time would be three days to a week. Or, the leader could delete troops, but that could create troll leaders...
So, what do you think? If you can think of any other potential exploits, point them out to me!
