I've reached a dead end here...

Hi guys and girls, really appreciate you are spending time to read this. So here we go.

My name is Ryzul (IGN too), has maxed out a TH8 base, currently in Gold 1 League. With completely maxed base and maxed elixir troops, I can't spend any of my precious loot to upgrade anything.

Here's the problem :

1)My valks and golems are not yet maxed.
2)I really want my fourth builder before I upgrade to TH9.

So, I've planned to not upgrade my TH yet, because I really want everything to be maxed out, have the fourth builder and also enjoy the last few wars as a TH8.

But I have second thoughts, I can't wait to be a TH9, I'd love to have the Archer Queen and progress through TH9 despite the fact that it could cost me another 6 months and failing my finals. Plus, my clan recommends me to upgrade so I can help out more in wars.

Please, I need some advices. Tell me what should I do at this point!

No question, if it's going to cost you your finals, quit the game for a while. CoC will still be here after your exams. Real life is much more important.

i would suggest you to upgrade your golems before going to th9 because once you are at th9 you will need a LOT of de for upgrading heroes and troops...Golems are a good investment as they will help you much in war attacks
i didnt upgrade my valks yet and i got my 4th builder after i went to th9, so its up to you

You can still play Clash and not fail your finals....

Just upgrade your Golems and go to TH9. The fact that u only have 3 builders will work to your advantage if u don't wanna play so much to where it negatively affects your grades.

Quit clash for a while. You might graduate and play clash forever. Its better than failing and spending another year of paim.

Hi, OP. Last year, I still can passed my architecture final thesis while still played coc too lol you just have to play with consideration. If you can't, you should prioritize your education over a game.

Other than that, having 4 builders ready for TH9 is better than only having 3. If you're in a war clan, I think you should consider upgrading golem otherwise upgrading them in TH9 won't cause you much problem. Good luck!

Focus on your finals man. Although Clash is a fun way to waste time, don't waste an entire year of school/college for it. I did that last year and I regret it every single day.

If you can make someone close to you pay attention to how much you play you can go ahead to th9. Having 3 builders idle at th8 while waiting on the 4th slows you down more than 3 busy ones at th9.
