No live support. Ever.
Sadly, they have too many players to handle all of them with a lvie assistant.
Asking in-game support is the best option (and, I suppose, the only one) you have.
But! If it's one that can't be solved later, and needs a very intelligent human to respond to it, please ask a staff member on these forums. Or a moderator. TheGreatLach is a good one.

A glitch may be the result of a faulty or old device.
Re install the game, check your connection, and if all is still the same then you might need a new device.
