This spell will also increase troops speed but will damage the troops 10 per second.

Lvl1» Speed 2x , dps10. Reduce dps by 20%
Lvl2» Speed 3x , dps15. Reduce dps by 30%
Lvl3» Speed 3 1/2x , dps20. Reduce dps by 45%
Lvl4» Speed 4 , dps25. Reduce dps by 50%
Lvl5» Speed 5 , dps27. Reduce dps by 57%
Lvl6» Speed 6 , dps35. Reduce dps by 65%

[If a lightning spell is on a rain spell, everything the bubble like with the lightning spell damage troops(not yours) buildings, and defences. But instead of the normal damage, will double the power due to the rain spell]

[If the lightning rain spell spell stradegy is used on an InfernoTower, the reducing percentage will cut off]

I think that the bonus speed is not that good because there is already that in the rage spell but other than that I find it a good idea
