    Spite.

The OP is full of emo-rage at the rest of the Clash player-base, and doesn't want them benefiting from HIS collectors.

Unfortunately for him / fortunately for us, he doesn't get to make that call.

    Tough break, cupcake.

It's a competitive game and you are mad and want to quit because there are people who are better than you at it / Invest more time into the game then you will.

What a life lesson you are teaching your grandson, real life is a much tougher game and there will always be someone better than you at something.

I think it is better if you move to a farming clan without clan wars. There are also a lot of family clans for casual players and their children that dont take the game so serious. Just talk to the players when entering a clan what you want and what type of clan you are searching for.
I think this is the most relevant response. Just sounds like you need a change of scenery. try finding a like minded clan of casual players who have more fun that way than the hardcore players and you will find the fun again. Finding others who share your level of interest in the game is one of the most important steps to getting the most out of your CoC experience.

Where are you guys getting that the OP was having trouble with clans and clan wars? That's not what the OP was talking about at all. He was referring to the fact that, every time he signs on, all the loot he was trying to save up is gone. This is because you can no longer hide in lower leagues and expect not to get steamrolled by higher level people who want your loot. The game has definitely changed and favors the more active players now. You can say that's good but it's not good for a very large population of clashers. It really is a shame because all the OP wants to do is occasionally have some fun with his grandson and make some decent progress in the game without spending hours at a time on it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. This game use to provide that and really doesn't anymore.

Don't get me wrong, I love the new matchmaking algorithm and I'm having a blast picking on TH 8's, 9's and 10's. I'm acquiring tons of loot but my style is to have two hour sessions almost every night because it seems like that's what you need to do at a minimum in order to make some progress. That wasn't always the case. My guess is that SC will add something in the next update to help the casual player make progress again. I can almost assure you that there are more casual players than really active players but you typically won't see the more casual players on these forums. Trust me, SC doesn't want to lose the casual player.

It's a good thing there is a cap on what you can lose out of storages, eh?

Seriously? That's your response? I've run into you before, FisherPrice, and I've seen many of your posts. You seem to have a habit of posting toxic gibberish which contributes nothing to the thread or the forum community in general. You really should rethink your purpose here and if there is none, go elsewhere.

You've now started basically the same thread three times (can I delete my village). The answer is still no and will always be no.

There are better forums for learning life lessons than a "free" tablet/phone app game. If is purpose was to have some occasional fun with his grandson then there should be a more casual league that he can pace himself in. The Matchmaking algorithm change made it harder for casual players so Its his right to walk away.

I don't think this has anything to do with someone being better or tougher. It has everything to do with the amount of time he is willing to spend playing the game.
