    Fortification Spell(Damage Reduction Spell)

    Creates a circle that makes anyone in the circle highly resistant to damage for short amount of time.Has the same radius as rage spell
    Level Damage Reduction Duration Cost
    1 60% 5 seconds 24000 elixir
    2 70% 6 seconds 27000 elixir
    3 80% 7 seconds 30000 elixir

    It'll be easy to win any attack with that.
    My opinion:

    ...% Damage per seconde

    1) 6% 2 seconds (25 000 Elixir)
    2) 7% 3 seconds (35 000 Elixir)
    3) 8% 4 seconds (50 000 Elixir)
    4) 9% 5 seconds (60 000 Elixir)
    5) 10% 6 seconds (70 000 Elixir)

    Kind of fair I think.

    20% 4 sec
    25% 5 sec

    How is this different from the current Healing Spell? Or phrased another way, why would this even be necessary with the current functionality of the Healing Spell in the game.

    because heal spells dont work under inferno.

    ->eh this spell would make pekka and drags unstoppable i think golems and lava hound and hogs too and so sorry for the many "and"s and that's all
