Happens dude, like in rea life sometimes it's unmatched.
last war my clan of 45 (16 of which th10, we have 120ish war wins) was matched against a clan of 45 with 26 th10!
so all you do is grab the xp and give it a real go and that's it.
its juts a game and as you say such extreme mismatch are rare.

you must have enough decent th10s to have been paired with them
individual player levels mean very little, and from the little else you showed us, your highest th8 is 2 higher than their highest th8 which is not really a big difference.

... I've been playing clash for 3 years also but clanwars have only been out for 1 year so its no wonder you only seen it once in 3 years... You've only seen it once in ONE year.
