I think that will be a good idea that members in a clan can fight, but just a training, they don't lose troops and goals and they don't will win nothing, will be just to see how strong is his/her defense, and how much strong are his/her attack.

No, simply no. This can easily be abused, they simply set their base as their enemies and test a variety of different attacks on it until they have the perfect 3 star strat. So just to say it again, no
