Please fix war matchmaking!

If we leave the search going for more than 10-15 minutes, we get mismatched terribly, whether with someone well above or someone well below our ability level. As such, we have to restart the search every 5-10 minutes. We do this for hours at a time before an opponent is finally found, often longer. I find it difficult to believe that, with as many people as play this game, there is not a single other clan near our level.

If that is the case, however, please just change the algorithm so that the search doesn't expand its parameters every so often. I would rather be able to search and leave it running than have to constantly re-initiate the search without having to worry about a mismatch.

*ahem* What's wrong with rushers? They just play the game differently than you and go to where they think they will have a fun time. Quit saying rushers are noobs, I'm a rusher and I probally have a better base than you, same with my leader. (He has full lavas and 40 combined heros)

He wasn't talking trash on rushers, he was making the obvious point that higher town halls give stronger opponents. If you are a Townhall 9 and you rushed so bad that your base is fit for a townhall 6, the war will match you up as if you were a townhall 9, but you will only be able to attack and defend as a TH6. This gives a huge disadvantage in wars.

P.S. rushers aren't typically as good as regular players. You'll get stuck and pay for gems, trust me

Key word was the RUSHED NOOBS. Notice that I say the rushers, the issue that creates mismatches is when you have players who cannot attack their TH level. We had some TH10s who had decent defenses who might not get 3 starred, but their offense was only at a TH7 or TH8 with archer queen level with their war troops (if even), and their counterpart would run lavaloonian, two star them, and three star someone right below while their attacks would be 1 and 2 stars on TH8s. They couldn't come close to pulling their weight. Those are the rushed noobs you get screwed over on matchmaking if you take them.

And it doesn't matter if someone is stronger than me when you say don't say they're rushed noobs, the issue is if they're stronger than the person their strength brings in.

Of all the people that I'd expect to see complain about the new war match up system, are the TH8.5 and TH9.5 people, which look like rushers, but are actually (if I remember right) are min-maxed to take advantage of the previous system's calculation methods of matching to be paired with clans that have little to no hope of matching thier army strength; while still sporting enough defence strength to give the other clan problems in keeping up score-wise.

So I'm wondering if OP is in one of those min-maxing clans...
