    New Defense: Golem Tower

    This tower loves to take up all the damage! Golem Towers are large towers that attract troops towards them.

    Appearance:

    The Golem Tower is a huge mound of stone, of 4*4 size, like the Laboratory.

    Function:

    The Golem Tower takes up damage that troops do to it, buying time for other defenses to finish it off. It is also magnetic and causes troops to go towards it faster than normal.

    Stats:

    Unlocked at TH8.

    10 Days 300 Damage Purple Spikes
    How it affects gameplay:

    Defensive Strategy

    The Golem Mound is larger than normal, therefore making improvisation of base design necessary. Troops will be attracted towards it, place traps near it to lure troops towards them. Place near Town Hall similarly to Skeleton Traps to distract troops.

    Offensive Strategy

    Place a Rage Spell when troops near the Golem Tower, to hasten its destruction. Use PEKKAs to destroy it, the explosive damage will not affect them much.

    Defense is fine as it is. Also, I'm already having trouble with building bases to fit everything but this would worsen it.

    Something to soak damage while defenses shoot? You mean, like a wall?
    Basically a wall with a bomb strapped to it.
    I don't support this being added, especially since storages/clan castle have enough hp to serve a similar purpose already.

    I like the idea, but not the OP explosion. Also Gold and DE to upgrade? Better make it just Gold.

    btw you can also put a Golem in your Clancastle

    Walls that do nothing to stop the OP air attacks that can easily three star any TH7, TH8, or TH9 on TH level.... This would at least tank dragons or loons a little bit while your defenses hit them and could provide a way to better play defense. Defense is definitely not fine in this game until TH10.
