You can visit any of these very high level farms by tapping on the boat scoreboard and switching it from your friends to the "world" symbol tab at the top. These farms are very interesting to see how they are decorated. I often wonder if these people really "work" for SC.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
You have resurrected a very old thread - the last post on it was almost two years ago.
In answer to your question, I have never seen anything sold in the roadside shop on that farm, although I don't often look at it nowadays. The focus seems to be on filling and sending boats.
If you are hoping to buy items you will stand a much better chance looking in the newspaper.
I haven't seen Umit's name for the longest time until now. Umit's farm was around 300 when I last visited it. Just visited Umit's farm and all his or her land have been expanded and farm is level 421. Not a surprise.
It's good to know Umit is still playing and supporting Hay Day.
Thank you Umit and others for supporting the game in ways I cannot.
