Lvl 30 heroes or TH10?!?!

Ok. So I'm finally done my walls!! Now the question is, do I climb to a high league and farm heros, or go to th10 with lvl 21 each heros. Pros and con's are as follows:
Stay th9 - Pros:
I get to brag about 100% maxing th9!
I don't have to worry about upgrading my heros immediately at th10
Apparently lvl 30 heros make farming at th10 easier but idk
Con's:
There will be a LOT of gold/elixir wasted as I farm heros (about 100 mil each or more)

Getting th10 - Pros:
I get all the new stuff, infernos third xbow etc
New wall lvl oo!!
Pushing gets more fun (personal thought
Con's:
Apparently loot penalty - which isn't really true anymore since after the update
Would have to catch up on hero upgrades, so might sacrifice a bbuilder from the start.

I know I'm not the only one with this kind of problem, and I don't want to do something I will regret in the near future.. What do you guys think I should do?

Honestly I'd go th10, you don't have use for 2/3 of the resources so it's gonna be a waste

I'm in a similar situation and I hit the upgrade button. Finished all lvl10 walls about a week ago and have 4 days on my th upgrade left. My heroes are a bit higher though (28/25) but not max either.
You missed the most important pro IMO: TH9 is a ton of fun! I'm going to miss it, but I don't want to waste a couple of months worth of gold and elixir.

Since you maxed everything except heroes,go TH10 or all that gold & elixir will be wasted..

If clanwars matter to you... L30 heroes and max out th9.

Loot penalty doesnt matter. I find enoug loot as a th10 and you can always farm the masters and above league bonus. Silver is also a gold mine now

I have the same problem when i was th9 with max walls and defenses and i decided to move up 2days ago.
with my heroes at 18 and 20 and they are more than enough to help you farm at TH10.
what i did was i started to upgrade my attacking buildings first (camps,lab,spell(gemmed),got new traps & cc) to help me more on farming, then build infernos later.

coming from my personal experience,i say go ahead and upgrade that TH you won't regret it
