Lightbulb Bubble defensive structure (with picture.)

A bubble serves a similar function to walls. It is used to increase the hitpoints of a building or group of buildings.
It consists of 4 1x1 "bubble nodes".
When placed in a perfect square, it creates a bubble of protection around (a) building(s) that must be popped before the buildings can take damage. The nodes themselves are like walls, but they are never attacked directly. They explode when the bubble is popped (dealing no damage.)
The bubble will not form when the nodes are not in a square or rectangle, or the protected area exceeds 4x4.

    Picture:

Yes, those are walls. Nodes will look similar, but be black, round, and have energy coursing through the tips (more at higher levels.)
Higher levels will have electricity flowing through the bubble, similar to how it's shown (I'm not the best artist...)

    Gameplay effects and balancing:
-This can give a town hall a bit more health, allowing peripheral defenses to have a little more time to work on the archer queen or other attacking units.
-This can protect up to 4 teslas or 2 infernos and 2 teslas (or 4 builder's huts =P) at a time, for more time to do work on enemy troops. This will automatically balance itself, as placing the defenses close together will allow them all to be frozen at the same time (yes, the freeze will hit through the bubble because it is non-damaging.)
-Defensive clan castle troops and heroes will not intentionally hide under the bubble, but if they do go under, they will be protected and attackers will begin attacking the bubble, similar to attacking from behind walls.
-Placing it on your dark elixir storage can absorb a zap, and can deter zappers from your base.
-This would require 4 carefully planned 1x1 spaces in the base that could otherwise be used for traps, balancing the protection effect.

    Levels:

    Level 1- 500hp (can take 1 max zap), TH8
    100k to build each node
    Appearance- simple bubble

Level 2- 1000hp (twice the last one), TH9
    500k to upgrade each node
Appearance- sparks will fly off a random part of the bubble every second.

Level 3- 1500hp (this almost eliminates zaps, but due to new matchmaking, zaps on TH10's are much less common.)
    1500k to upgrade each node
Appearance- electricity flows through the bubble.

Since countering zapping is not a main goal of this, but a side-effect, it may be plausible to make one zap destroy the bubble regardless of level (but not hit through it.)

The bubble will be the level of the lowest level node, so all nodes have to be upgraded before the bubble upgrades.

I like how he uses an archer tower like anyone would use this to protect an archer tower. We know why you want this, just be honest with us!

Excellent Idea! This is one of the best ideas I seen so far. Of course when supercell sees a good idea they modify the defense to there own liking but this so a excellent idea overall. Of course I like the idea of it and supercell if they like it would modify different features with it.

    Read the whole thing first.......
    AxionXD and Bockerijder......

I really would suggest eliminating its protection on dark elixir storages completely, but this is a strategy game, and the best way to open up more strategies is to have things usable in different ways. (Plus, zapping is hardly an issue anyway, so I'd probably put it over my gold on the dark elixir side of my base, rather than trying to work it into the core.)

De zapping is a serious thing lol I get zapped at least 3 times a day but it is still part of the game....even though th7's now have a de drills th8's have 2. The newcomers are way to lazy now -_-

    Thumbs up

Stupid anti zapping idea. That's what this is for, nothing else. 1 star rated for being repeat idea.

    TH11

    PLAYS OCCASIONALLY, NOT VERY EFFECTIVELY
