How to 3 star this TH8 War Base?

How can I attack this base?

looks like an easy gowipe 3 star to me

cook 10 drags, get 5 max (preferably) loons in your cc, and make 2 rage and 1 heal, send 1 drag on both edges of the south eastern wall to help funnel your dragons toward the center, then spread your remaining 8 dragons along the se wall. send drop a rage as they encounter the first defenses. at this point drop your cc loons as well. have another rage and your heal in the core and you will 3-star. Any base with cored ad can be 3-starred that way.

But the problem is, this is not my permanent clan, just here for a war and they don't have LVL 6 Loons, only Lvl 4. Would that work?
