Need help to get to Master's at TH8

Aww Hahaha. I have one last question, is it better to have a troll base or a war base when pushing to master's?

I'm not sure... When I was pushing to champions I won probably 10 defences in masters with a trolling base but if I built a war base, that meant I would usually just get three starred instead of 1 starred and never won defenses.
