The leader is under their authority like a republic instead of a dictator like most clans. Elder is an earned position and all members have a voice in the clan. We also accept some newer players and mentor them as they grow. We also war twice a week or more occasionally but it's optional. All we ask is that if you opt in for a war use both attacks.
