What should be the first things I built/upgrade as soon as I hit th9

Spell factory, Queen, and lab are absolute. Though I can't remember if there's a build time on starting queen. But regardless you want her lol. If your clan is war heavy get those xbows. If not, I guess a couple camps to help farming would suffice.

The queen isn't useful. Shes our wallbreaker.

Focus on de from the start.
1- sf
2- lab
3- AQ lvl2
4- one drill
5- one xbow or CC

As you can see I assign one builder for xbow or cc. That's because you don't have any elixir and you have to do something with gold.

I moved into th9 on Sunday and here's my build in order:

1-lab
1-sf
1-AQ straight to lvl 2
1-ad/wizard tower
1-army camp.

With my gold I used it to upgrade all my walls and giant bombs and air mines. Im currently in my 6th day as a th9 and both my xbows are building and I am 800k short on upgrading my clan castle. Oh my aq is also currently upgrading to lvl 4. I did however moved into th9 with full storage including my cc war loot

AQ and all elixir upgrades (spell fact, lab, dark barracks, camps etc..) dump all gold into walls untill initial elixir upgrades are complete.

Then change focus to new defensive structures

Spell factory, Queen (62500 DE brings her to Level2 within the first 12 hours) and Laboratory.

Beyond that, get all new buildings on the ground and brought up to th8 levels ASAP (with constant building this will take around 4 weeks)

On th9, buildings will take about 160 days (5 builders constantly), heroes will take 150-160 days, each. Lab updates will take 150 days.

The part of th9 that will probably take longest time, are the walls .. so, don't sweat it if your builders are idle. If you intend to upgrade to level 9 or 10 walls, they will be idle for a long time, even for the most active players. (non overlapping hero upgrades will take close to a year. ok, you can gem it to make it faster..)

Totally agree with this. Offense first
