Who Are We?
- We were originally a mature relaxed clan family, but we're now looking to progress to become a professional war clan family in time.
- In order to meet this goal, on the 20/5/15 (when this thread was created) we began merging our feeder clans and reshuffling our members based on their war strengths.
- This thread was created for a number of reasons such as: a means of keeping track of our new requirements (a clan description doesn't have enough characters); to offer a pre-screening process, as well as a way of recruiting to help us progress to our goal.
Family Wide Requirements?
- You must be mature. Immaturity / drama will earn you the boot. This includes things like demanding elder / co-leader, constant complaining etc.
- Age 16+. We OCCASIONALLY make exceptions on this assuming that you meet the maturity requirement above and you are close to 16, if your war experience / skill persuades us to do so. This is at the digression of the co-leaders, so it is NOT TO BE EXPECTED.
- You must be active. We regularly boot members who just aren't active enough (we expect members to be on and chatting / raiding at least once per day).
- You must have all defences maxed for your previous town hall level. We are not fussy about walls unless they are grossly rushed.
- With the exception of clan wars, we don't allow requests for troops that you cannot cook in return for other members.
- Consistently do BOTH attacks in clan wars. Those who miss attacks will be booted. If you know you are going to be busy over a clan war, PLEASE OPT OUT!
Our 3 Clans And Their Aims?
Brobdingnagian
- This clan is intended to become our main war clan. Consequently, we will only take the most serious and dedicated members here. We will now be taking only the highest war performers of our clan family.
- We war back to back. When you have both heroes up you must participate in clan wars.
- Th10 Requirements:
- Ability to CONSISTENTLY 2 star other th10s and 3 star th9s.
- Level 40 combined total for your heroes.
- Th9 Requirements:
- We realise that the ability to 3 star other th9s are crucial to becoming a professional war clan. This means we need every town hall 9 to be willing to learn and practice a 3 star strategy outside of war (assuming they are not already 3 starring in war). We will expect to see replays of at least 1 practice raid on prep day of each war.
- Level 20 combined total for your heroes.
- Be able to CONSISTENTLY 2 star other th9s / 3 star th8s while you are learning strategies capable of 3 starring th9s. The exception here is attempting to pull of a 3 star strategy and failing, resulting in a 1 star.
Brobdingnagian3
- On the 20/5/15 we merged Brobingnagian3 and Brobingnagian2 together.
- This clan wars twice a week, and is for the people who don't want to war back to back.
- You must be prepared to participate in clan wars if you have both heroes up.
- In this clan we will be more relaxed about war performance, assuming you are prepared to practice your war strategy outside of wars if you are not meeting the performance standard of Brobdingnagian.
- Sorry we are not recruiting any more town hall 10s.
- Th9 Requirement:
- Prepared to practice your war strategy outside of war if you are unable to consistently 2 star bases of your own level.
- Th8 Requirement:
- Prepared to practice your war strategy outside of war if you are unable to consistently 3 star bases of your own level.
- Th7 Requirement:
- MUST be able to 3 star bases of your own level.
Brobdingnagian2
- Since the merge we will now be for those who do not wish to war, or for our long term members who do not have the time to participate in wars such as those with family commitments or exams.
· Also for those who are on holiday.
What Do We Offer Our Members?
- Donations are filled quickly with what you request for only.
- A mature yet relaxed chatting environment for those that wish to socialise with others, be it about the game or about other things.
- Leadership willing to offer advice to members, as well as accept suggestions from members as to how to improve our clan.
War Rules
Brobdingnagian
- We use clash caller to make war reservations. The war code is mailed out during prep day.
- Everyone should reserve 1st attacks on prep day.
- As soon as attacks are done please input how many stars you got in order to keep clash caller up to date.
- After you have done your 1st attack, you must reserve, complete and update your 2nd.
- For your 1st attack please reserve and attack somebody around your level.
- For your 2nd attack you are encouraged to attack lower levelled targets to get 3 stars.
- If you are a lower level, you must reserve your attacks on clash caller ASAP. If you have no-one left to attack / reserve it is not our fault.
- No attacking for loot. If you cannot add any more stars to the war map, we expect you to use your remaining war attacks to practice your war strategy. This is because going for loot / not using remaining attacks (as a result of having no-one to attack), is unfair on those who were efficient with clash caller and have got attacks in early.

How To Apply
Reply to this thread or PM me or another co-leader giving us the following details:
- IGN.
- Clan you wish to join.
- Age.
- 1 of the following:
- A picture of your profile (make troop levels clear) and your base.
- A list of your troop levels and defence levels.
- Your currently clan name and tag so we can find you in game.
- Average donates per season.
- Average attacks won per season.
- Your friend in need achievement and war hero.
- A description of the attack strategies you like to use in clan wars, as well as how many stars you can get against various level bases.
- In addition to this, you must have a replay of a war like attack to give to us when you join.
- We do also accept in game applicants but your chances of being accepted are reduced, as well as the fact that we will ask you this info when you join and you risk being kicked if you are not online.
