Is it the right time! or should I wait 1more week.

I am a level 88 th8. All defensive buildings are done, king level 09, barracks fully upgraded even troops are done except golem and Valkyrie.

But still, I am confused with walls, whether to upgrade them or not. Currently I have 110 level 8 walls and 115 level 7 walls. But the problem is that I don't have anything else to upgrade other than walls (I have planned to upgrade my king with my Townhall only). All my builders are sitting idle. And what I've read on these forums is that skull walls are extremely important to reach champions at th9.

So the question is that should I upgrade my th8 or just sit tight and do what I am doing right now I.e keep upgrading my Walls. I know there are a lot of questions like mine but the thing is that I really want to make it to champions (at th9) and th9 willn't be providing me with the same amount of loot I'm getting at town hall 8. So, upgrading walls will get tough at th9.

Just want to be sure. Nothing else.

I would do it. I finished majority of my skulls in TH9. I wouldn't bother with all those, the loot is terrible idea. I farm in silver 2 - gold 3 and on average make about 700-900k of each resource barching it up.

Idle builders is never a good thing.

    okay chief

Okay, my town hall is upgrading now. I will try to upgrade at least 50-60 walls by the time it is getting upgraded. I guess that will be enough. 60-70 odd walls can be upgraded at th9. Thanks for the advice.
