    first of all sorry for my bad English ..

    I am of the Latino community and 7 or 8 days ago I lost my village because I had to update my device and when entering CoC my village did not carry me .. so I got in touch with the support of Clash of Clans THROUGH game but before speaking with them I noticed that said to put an alternative mail (that is safe for contact you, if they have problems in the device) then talk to them said they would send me this information:

    Please provide Us with all the information About your lost village:
    1. Exact name of the village:
    2. Name Clan (if you belong to one):
    3. Level of council:
    4. Level of XP (the number of the blue star):
    5. Date and time of the last time you played:
    6. When (mm / yyyy) and where (city and country)
    7. How have you lost your village?
    8. If you lost gems Purchased your account, send a copy of your
    first order for gems. If you do not know where to find it, click here to
    instructions on how to query orders iOS (

    so I answered all their questions answered correctly but not 8 because I thought that the rest was enough ... and the person who answered told me "well everything but to know if you really are the owner of the village




    I need you to send me pictures of your first purchase of gems "I said okay take pictures and put them on my device, but the problem was that every time I tried to send the photos, my device crashes CoC ..

    then i wrote telling him about the problem and told him to please talk to me by mail that there are alternative I send photos from the first time you buy gems and said that's not send the device and I was trying but my ipod not let sending me the pictures because the app is shut.

    and he said he wants the photos by the device and after that ended the convesación leaving me unable to answer more ..

    then my question to SuperCell.. Why you ask about alternative mail if they will no use it?




    I bought several times gems to my village and now I want it back.

    8 is by far the most important question. Try to upload the image to imgur or some other private image hosting website and send the link to Support, if you can't attach the image directly to the message

    I would have to disagree on '♥♥♥♥' customer service.

    Then again, I have an idea what to usually expect with most places, and know what kind of workload a company might have.

    I knew SC could have a lot of work on thier hands with the conversation based support system. When I first used it, I was surprised to get a rather 'non-robotic' response, and was thinking 'maybe they won't get a large number of responses from players via that' since it seemed like it was a bit out of the way. Nope. Lol soon got more and more templated responces and totaly can't blame them. Wish them luck on that. It is a gamble for them, but it could very well pay off with more fine tuning.

    It is heavily delayed currently, but remember, an update just came out, and had bugs, along with still present bugs. If you think it is easy to handle what they do, come down to the Ideas and Requested Features subforum with me and be active there for a few weeks. That'll give you an idea what is hitting thier inbox constantly.

    Also... hint hint... A staff person replied here within an hour. Can't quite call that '♥♥♥♥' service. Not perfect, since there are other questions out here (most repeats), but can anyone really be perfect? (I don't think so)
