I have 2 level 2 army camps, 2 level 3 barracks, I'm a TH4 Bronze 2 player. I'm having problems with mortars and clan castles and archer towers(well everyone does). I only have level 1 troops. I don't have enough elixir to get a laboratory.

You just need to get enough loot from the single player to get your laboratory. If there are no more maps that you can get loot from right now you just have get the loot from other people or just destroy easy bases.
