Most Consistent TH 9 v TH 9 3 Star Attack

I have seen many strong TH 9 bases get 3 starred by a number of different attacks. My question is what 3 star attack 3 stars most of the time (on an array of bases)?

Now, I understand there is no one-size fits all kind of attack and every base layout has different weaknesses. However, that is not what I am looking for. I want to know what attack has the highest 3 star potential on almost every base layout.

The reason I ask this question is because I am a relatively new TH 9 and I want to know what troops to invest in first. I have watched many videos of LavaLoon attacks but can't seem to quite get them down right. I usually use GoWiPe at the moment, but as many people know this isn't a 3 star attack. I have recently been watching GoHoWiWi videos and they seem to be quite good against many bases, but DGB are still a threat.

There are no wrong answers here, I just want your personal opinion on what attack will 3 star consistently.
