How to best 3 start this TH8 base

Have failed with all hogs and drags + loons, how would you best defeat this?

Oh yes, that's a GoWiPe base for certain.

I *have* hogged a ring-around-the-rosey base like this, but it isn't mindless, nor is it what I would recommend. We had an extra attack in that war and a clan-mate GoWiPe'd the same base, and note that I did 3-star it fairly easily, and the Wipe made it look like chicken feed.

DPS is generally low at any specific location and the golems and pekkas just feast...
