I keep finding all these anti 3 star bases on youtube with centered cc's and not th's. I'm actually curious if it's still possible to 3 star them whether it be by a air, land, or hybrid attack.

Definitely not. They're called that, because idd it's harder to 3-star these bases compared to the outdated symmetric bases with TH centered.
Sure there is...but there's no "impossible to 3-star base".
"Anti" means that they've attempted to inhibit 3-stars, usually at a cost of mitigating 1 and 2-stars.

Anti 3 star just means you give up the 1 or 2 star in order to make the 3rd star very difficult. Higher lvl bases and good designs will usually require some form of hybrid attack which requires more skill. Hence the anti 3 star. Honestly any pleb can yolo drop a gowipe and 2 star a th8 or a th9. (Th9 might be a hair harder) even on a th centered base. That's why the 2 star is not heavily contested.
Don't trust any YouTube video that is from before the latest update.
